LifeRain™ Geo-textile
Geotextile is basically a permeable fabric which, when used in association with soil, have the ability to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain. Typically made from polypropylene or polyester, geotextile fabrics come in three basic forms: woven (resembling mail bag sacking), needle punched (resembling felt), or heat bonded (resembling ironed felt).
- High puncture resistance
- Large elongation before break
- Excellent filter characteristics at all strains
- Specially chosen fibers for high UV protection
To use geo-textile to reinforce a steep slope, two components have to be calculated:
- The tension required for equilibrium
- The appropriate layout of the geo-textile reinforcement.

Usage: To be placed around (to protect the Liner if required for storage tanks) and on top of the tank to allow above ground drainage and filtration or around stormwater detention tanks that are designed to seep into the substrata.
Why LifeRain™ Geo-textile?
Drainage
LifeRain™ Geo-textile is a three-dimensional structure intended to enhance seepage execution. Perfect for utilization in subsoil waste systems, we will help in the expulsion of water from street and railway line works, sports fields and behind retaining walls.
Division
LifeRain™ Geo-textile is utilized as a vital element in the construction of urban roads, railway lines and dikes where the ground is delicate and precarious. Utilizing a layer of geotextile to discrete the delicate ground from the fill material will decrease the measure of fill obliged, build the life span of the street or rail structure and cut long-term maintenance costs.
Filtration
LifeRain™ Geo-textile has come with a feature of high permeablity, permitting water to pass through while forestalling soil movement. When used in revetment and subsoil drainage projects, LifeRain™ Geo-textile is more cost effective than natural filters.
Protection
Using heavyweight LifeRain™ Geo-textile in landfills extends the life of the lining system by protecting it from punctures and excessive deformation. The geotextile acts as a cushioning and stress relieving layer, minimizing the chances of leakage in the long term.
